Nibs is a fictional subscription service and store for chocolate aficionados. Through the Nibs app, Heroku and Salesforce were able to demonstrate the extensibility of the platform, potential for a custom brand experience, rich social engagement, an integrated storefront, and seamless sync with Salesforce CRM. Connecting these requirements with a believable brand and product experience led to the success of the Nibs app at Dreamforce and in the customer meetings that followed. The best feedback we received was from the chocolate loving customers who wanted to subscribe. Me too!
